I am an in-network provider with the following insurance companies:

I will be happy to complete all insurance filing for you, except for companies with which I am not in network.

Telehealth is an option as approved by your insurance company.

Before your first session, you will need to contact your insurance company to verify your “outpatient mental health benefits” including your copay/coinsurance amount, deductible, authorization (if needed), and any other relevant information.
